Starting his career with a Welding/Fabrication apprenticeship at Air Products Czyogenics Ltd, Colin worked for the company at sites around the world, before embarking on gaining a teaching qualification and joining the Swale Skills Centre.

With 23 years' commercial salon experience and a university qualification, Nikki has been working at the Trust teaching hair and beauty, moving to the new Swale Skills Centre site in 2015. Nikki has also forged links with local salons, ensuring placements for budding apprentices.Read More

Wendy has been working within the Trust since 2000, helping to set up the hairdressing and beauty department, which delivers training from year 9 to post sixteen. With 25 years’ industry experience and various teaching qualifications, Wendy relishes training the future workforce.Read More

After completing his training as a chef, Oliver worked in a number of four star, fine dining establishments, where he became well known for developing his staff to cater at the very highest levels. He now uses these skills to train the chefs of tomorrow at Swale Skills Centre.
